Coheed and Cambria Red Rocks Amphitheatre Concert reviews
Don't expect to hear your favorites....
Here is a list of songs they INCLUDED in the set in favor of newer songs: Aces High, Two Minutes to Midnight, The Trooper, Run to the Hills, Powerslave, Flight of Icarus, Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner, Waster Years, Can I Play with Madness. Yeah, 2 Minutes to Midnight... all of the classics that you look forward to when going to a Maiden show.
So to talk trash is kind of like talking trash about your momma.... BUT. I'll start with a positive, then on to the show: Coheed and Cambria is one of my all time favorite bands. They have the best stage show of anyone that I've seen in any kind of music.
If I would have known this, I would have missed this tour. I understand a band not wanting the same old show every tour, but to leave out your most well know songs is a real disappointment. On a positive note, they did play 3 songs from Killers.
